anyway i think we're doing "First Date", "Whatsername" and "In Too Deep". i hope my throat can heal by then, cause on Saturday i almost died trying to sing. these songs are simple songs but reckon they're crowd pleasers. that's what a battle of the bands competition really is about isn't it.

anyway nationals are 3 weeks from now, i'm kinda scared. i'm not prepared and am deeming myself unfit for nationals. i'll be doing 100hurdles and 200, both of which i will struggle to qualify. i won't use my should-haves cause i don't regret not training. i've simply lost interest. i'm fearing embarrassment, that's the last thing i want to have.

i'm really behind time. anyway i think it's pretty cool.
Follow the steps at the end, this is pretty creepy!
1) New York City has 11 letters
2) Afghanistan has 11 letters.
3) Ramsin Yuseb (The terrorist who threatened to destroy the Twin Towers in 1993) has 11 letters.
4) Bill Clinton has 11 letters.
This could be a mere coincidence, but this gets more interesting:
1) New York is the 11th state.
2) The first plane crashing against the Twin Towers was flight number 11.
3) Flight 11 was carrying 92 passengers. 9+ 2 =11
4) Flight 77 which also hit Twin Towers, was carrying 65 passengers. 6+5 = 11
5) The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11 as it is now known. 9 + 1+ 1 = 11
6) The date is equal to the US emergency services telephone number 911. 9 + 1 + 1 = 11. (duh!)
Again,:
1) The total number of victims inside all the hijacked planes was 254. 2 + 5 + 4 = 11.
2) September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year. Again 2 + 5 + 4 = 11.
3) The Madrid bombing took place on 3/11/2004. 3+1 + 1 + 2 + 4 = 11.
4) The tragedy of Madrid happened 911 days after the Twin Towers incident.
Now this is where things get totally eerie:
The most recognised symbol for the US, after the Stars & Stripes, is the Eagle. The following verse is taken from the Quran, the Islamic holy book:"For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced: for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah and there was peace."
That verse is number 9.11 of the Quran.
(try this man, it's sick. it's kinda cool but still, SICK.)
Open Microsoft Word and do the following:
1. Type in capitals Q33 NY. This is the flight number of the first plane to hit one of the Twin Towers.
2. Highlight the Q33 NY.
3. Change the font size to 48. (okay you dont really have to do this, but the bigger the font, the scarier it is. i just spoilt is for you, HAHA)
4. Change the actual font to the WINGDINGS
it's cool.

the next round was supposed to be the final already, but for some reason, it isn't. it's just another selection round but this time only one band will make it. out of 4. i believe two sec 4 bands and one sec 2 band are the other three bands. hopefully we'll make it.
i might just "lose the guitar".

right now i'm really slow, fat and unfit. i drag myself unwillingly to training. i see no point in training anymore.
i love jamming, Project 121 has been learning new songs. i hate learning lyrics, i have to listen to the song over and over and try get the lyrics right. maybe i'll switch to drugs and it could help me memorise, then i'll get killed before i reach 30. alright, that's really out of point so i will stop there.
i want to buy cds, i have the urge and need to.

i stayed over the previous day to help out and of course play too. slept in the boardroom.
next morning we set up the games and start and by 12 everything started. we played a series of games which eventually led to the main game, which was really messy but it was fun to throw water bombs at people you barely know. whislt they were getting killed (this cloth thingy is their life) and get tortured (eating horrible stuff, getting flour in their hair), i was the game moderator. in other words, IMMORTAL. hahah.
anyway after the games ended it was refreshments. i didn't get to enjoy any of the refreshments as i was busy washing the flour off my hair.
at the end of the day there was talent night. every school that came had to do an item. every level of acprefects had to do an item as well. the other schools started, this in turn gave us time to set up the equipment. amps... guitar... drums... blah. Johnny, Doug and i were going to do two items. both songs of course. aww at this point i wished that the whole of Project 121 were prefects. or Trevor could at least remain as a prefect. then we wouldn't have screwed up so bad. okay, we didn't screw up. everything was alright. except that the amps were too soft, my guitar was too soft, my microphone was too soft, my solo was too fast and that Pei-yi, our other guitarist isn't Trevor. or Ben for that matter. we were supposed to rock. we didn't.
anyway, i'm still praying for Battle Of the bands. i hope we get through.
